How it all began
Behind Vault are three women with years of shared experience working in accounting, bookkeeping and professional services, and a clear-eyed view of who is being underserved.
We've worked together for years, and in that time we kept encountering the same old story. Hardworking people, doing legitimate work, who couldn't find an accountant they felt comfortable being honest with.
We saw the gap, so we filled it.

For one-off work like a first-time return or a bookkeeping setup, we'll give you a clear quote before anything begins. The first conversation is always free.

Most of our clients tell us it's a relief. You'll deal directly with the company’s founders/directors. We're straightforward, we communicate clearly, and we don't disappear between tax returns. If something comes up mid-year, you can reach us. We keep things simple, we explain what we're doing and why, and we genuinely care how your finances are tracking.
